I . Objectives: By the end of the lesson, Ss will be able to:
- Understand and master some vocab.
- Use some expressions to express their interest.
II . Language contents:
Grammar: + Would you mind + V -ing
+Would you mind if I + V-ed.
- Vocab : crop, sugercane, water buffallo , a forty minute drive.
II . Techniques : Matching , Bingo , Pre – question, True – False staterments , discussion.
IV .Teaching aids : Pictures , poster , cassette.
V . Time : 45 minutes

( 3’)1. Warm up: Getting started
2. Check up: - Give 4 pictures in textbook and 4 names.
- Devide class into 2 groups.
- Ask Ss to look at the pictures and match the names with them

(Today we’’ll study unit 11 : Travelling around Viet nam.

- Elicit – model – record.
-Ask Ss to notice that : A plural noun must be changed to the singular form when preceding the noun it modifies in a noun phrase.
-Have Ss drill some more: ( oral – writing )
- Have Ss copy down.

Crop, sugarcane, water bufallo, rice paddy, a 40 minute drive, a 6- letter word, a 5-dollar note,corn.
-Put the chart with the question on the board.
- Check if Ss understand the questions and have them a few minutes to think about the questions.

-Let Ss work in pairs to answer the questions.
-Call some pairs to give their answers in front of the class.
- Correct if necessary and give the key.
